  • pork sausages
    8 sausages
  • corn cobettes
    4 piece
  • red peppers, cut into chunks
    2 pepper
  • Courgette, cut into chunks
    1 piece
  • red onion, cut into chunks
    2 piece
  • smoked paprika
    2 tsp
  • dried rosemary
    2 tsp
  • olive oil
    2 tbsp

Method

Ready to freeze

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a large labelled freezer bag, mix, seal and freeze flat.

Ready to cook

  1. Remove from the freezer and leave to fully defrost. Once defrosted, preheat the oven to 180oc. Tip the contents of the freezer bag onto a baking tray, placing the sausages on top of the veggies. Cook for 35-40 minutes.

    1. Yes you can, it will be softer as it is being cooked along with the all the vegetables. Hope that helps!
