Tandoori massala chicken skewers
This is a great simple way of making a tasty meal that is very versatile, from an easy midweek meal with a salad and baked potato to some tasty skewers for the BBQ.
Also great served with freezable Raita recipe.

Ingredients
- 
                                        Tandoori masala spice pot3 tbsp
- 
                                        Natural yoghurt5 tbsp
- 
                                        Chicken500 g (4 breasts)
- 
                                        Lemon juice1 squeeze
- 
                                        Salt1 pinch
Method
- 
										                                        Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. 
- 
										                                        Chop chicken into pieces big enough to go on a skewer. 
- 
										                                        Add the chicken to the bowl and coat well. 
- 
										                                        If eating that day, marinade for at least 2 hrs. 
- 
										                                        Transfer into a labelled freezer bag. 
- 
										                                        Ready for the FreezerSeal your labelled freezer bag, removing all air and freeze flat. 
- 
										                                        Ready to EatIf making chicken breasts: 
 When ready to eat, put chicken breasts on a tinfoil lined baking tray for about 20 minutes at 180ºc or until cooked through.If making chicken skewers:
