Quesadillas
This is a grilled or fried tortilla (wrap), that can be eaten as an easy midweek meal or as a weekend snack or lunch.

Ingredients

                                        Tortilla wraps4
- 
                                        Leftover cooked chicken1 cup (150 g)
- 
                                        Sweetcorn1 cup (140 g)
- 
                                        Cheese0.5 cups (30 g)
- 
                                        One Cal oil1
Method
- 
										                                        Warm your tortillas in microwave for 20 seconds. 
- 
										                                        Spray a ferrying pan with one cal spray. 
- 
										                                        Add ingredients to one side of the wrap, fold over and flip so that both sides become browned as per video above. Flatten the wrap with a spatula. 
- 
										                                        Remove from heat and cut in half. 
- 
										                                        Ready for the FreezerTake each half and wrap in cling film, place each half in a sealable labelled freezer bag. 
- 
										                                        Ready to EatTo cook from frozen, remove the wrap and cook in microwave for 2-3 minutes until cooked through. Eat as a quick snack or serve as a meal with salad, guacamole, sour cream and salsa.

Could you take these out of the freezer and put in the air fryer?
Yes that would work great, I would say they would take around 7 minutes in the Airfryer at 180oc. Enjoy!
