  • Tortilla wraps
    4
  • Leftover cooked chicken
    1 cup (150 g)
  • Sweetcorn
    1 cup (140 g)
  • Cheese
    0.5 cups (30 g)
  • One Cal oil
    1

Method

  1. Warm your tortillas in microwave for 20 seconds.

  2. Spray a ferrying pan with one cal spray.

  3. Add ingredients to one side of the wrap, fold over and flip so that both sides become browned as per video above. Flatten the wrap with a spatula.

  4. Remove from heat and cut in half.

  5. Ready for the Freezer

    Take each half and wrap in cling film, place each half in a sealable labelled freezer bag.

  6. Ready to Eat

    To cook from frozen, remove the wrap and cook in microwave for 2-3 minutes until cooked through.

    Eat as a quick snack or serve as a meal with salad, guacamole, sour cream and salsa.

    1. Yes that would work great, I would say they would take around 7 minutes in the Airfryer at 180oc. Enjoy!
