Melting Middle Burgers
Here is a brilliant new burger recipe, perfect for the BBQ. These oozy middle burgers always go down a treat!
Nutrition (per serving)
Ingredients
- 
                                        beef mince500 g
- 
                                        American mustard1 tbsp
- 
                                        garlic granules1 tsp
- 
                                        Worcestershire sauce4 tablespoon
- 
                                        baby bells4 piece
Method
- 
										                                        1. To a large mixing bowl add the mince, salt and pepper, mustard, garlic powder and Worcestershire sauce and mix together with your hands. 
 2. Tip the mince mix out onto a surface and split into 2, then split each half in 2 again so you have 4 rough balls of the mince mix.
 3. With each ball, slightly flatten it and then add a babybell to the centre. Close the mince round the outside of the babybell and flatten It slightly so you have a burgers shape and the cheese isn’t showing.
 4. Place the burgers into a labelled freezer bag.

										                                        Ready to freezePlace the burgers in a large reusable freezer bag and freeze flat.

										                                        Ready to cookDefrost completely in the fridge overnight. You can cook them on the BBQ, or in the oven at 180oc for around 20-25 minutes on a baking tray. Could you use lamb mince instead of beef?(I can’t tolerated minced beef). Maybe with a little chopped mint put through?
