-
American mustard1 tbsp
-
garlic granules1 tsp
-
Worcestershire sauce4 tablespoon
-
baby bells4 piece
Method
-
1. To a large mixing bowl add the mince, salt and pepper, mustard, garlic powder and Worcestershire sauce and mix together with your hands.
2. Tip the mince mix out onto a surface and split into 2, then split each half in 2 again so you have 4 rough balls of the mince mix.
3. With each ball, slightly flatten it and then add a babybell to the centre. Close the mince round the outside of the babybell and flatten It slightly so you have a burgers shape and the cheese isn’t showing.
4. Place the burgers into a labelled freezer bag. -
Ready to freeze

Ready to cook
Defrost completely in the fridge overnight. You can cook them on the BBQ, or in the oven at 180oc for around 20-25 minutes on a baking tray.
Serve with a bun, salad and some chips for a brilliant easy meal!
Could you use lamb mince instead of beef?(I can’t tolerated minced beef). Maybe with a little chopped mint put through?
yes that would be lovely!
