			        Ingredients
- 
                                        Halloumi cheese2 packets
- 
                                        Coriander1 bunch
- 
                                        Baby button mushrooms100 g
- 
                                        Baby peppers1 jar
- 
                                        Garlic oil4 tablespoon
Method
- 
										                                        Cut the halloumi into large chunks. 
- 
										                                        Chop the coriander up on the chopping board and roll the halloumi chunks over it to coat. 
- 
										                                        Take the wooden skewers and thread onto each the halloumi chunks, alternating with the vegetables. 
- 
										                                        Ready for the FreezerWrap 4 prepared skewers together in a piece of cling film and place in a freezer bag or tin foil to freeze. Wrapping in cling film too avoids the ends of the skewers poking through the freezer bag. 
- 
										                                        Ready to EatDefrost in the fridge overnight. Place the skewers in a dish and drizzle some garlic oil over each one before tossing the skewers onto the barbecue.
