Salt and Chilli Pork Loins

This is a super easy recipe that works really well on the BBQ. You can also cook these under the grill if the weather isn’t great.

olive oil2 tbsp

chilli flakes0.5 tsp

garlic powder1 tsp

salt1 tsp

Fennel seeds1 tbsp

dried parsley1 tsp

Pork loins4 loins
Method

To a small bowl add the oil, chilli, garlic powder, salt and pepper, fennel seeds and parsley and mix well.

To a large mixing bowl add the pork loin and then pour over the rub. Rub each pork loin with the mix making sure to coat each loin really well. Now place flat in a large freezer bag. If you are cooking and not freezing, leave the steaks to marinate for at least 1 hour.

Place the freezer bag in the freezer.

Leave the pork to defrost overnight. Once defrosted, place the pork under the grill for around 9-10 minutes, flipping half way. These can also be done on the BBQ for the same amount of time.
Made these to go in bbq bags for the freezer. They are lovely they are simple to make and taste amazing.

Have you any idea what temperature and time to cook in an airfryer?
I would say 180oc for 6 minutes then flip and cook for a further 5 minutes
