by - https://thebatchlady.com/r/4884/

This is a super easy recipe that works really well on the BBQ. You can also cook these under the grill if the weather isn’t great.

Ingredients

  • olive oil
    2 tbsp
  • chilli flakes
    0.5 tsp
  • garlic powder
    1 tsp
  • salt
    1 tsp
  • Fennel seeds
    1 tbsp
  • dried parsley
    1 tsp
  • Pork loins
    4 loins

Method

  1. To a small bowl add the oil, chilli, garlic powder, salt and pepper, fennel seeds and parsley and mix well.

  2. To a large mixing bowl add the pork loin and then pour over the rub. Rub each pork loin with the mix making sure to coat each loin really well. Now place flat in a large freezer bag. If you are cooking and not freezing, leave the steaks to marinate for at least 1 hour.

  3. Ready to freeze

Place the freezer bag in the freezer.

  4. Ready to cook

Leave the pork to defrost overnight. Once defrosted, place the pork under the grill for around 9-10 minutes, flipping half way. These can also be done on the BBQ for the same amount of time.
