Standard batch serves 4

Yields1 Serving
Sliced ham, cut into small bits
 Frozen peppers
 Frozen mushrooms
Fresh cherry tomatoes cut in 1/2
 Handful of frozen pre-chopped onions
Eggs and milk for making omelette bags into omelettes when needed
1

Method
Take a sealable freezer bag and fill it with whatever you want (such as above).
Label it with your name and seal. If you are making a few of these for the freezer, then just fill them with the frozen veg etc and put straight back in the freezer. Freezer flat so they cook better when they are needed.

2

Ready to Eat
No need to defrost, just add some oil to a frying pan and add the frozen ingredients, once defrosted in pan and starting to cook add your mix of eggs and a small splash of milk salt and pepper (cheese optional) and you have a very easy meal.

Make sure that reheated food is thoroughly cooked all the way through. If you’re cooking or reheating meat, cut it open with a clean knife to check it is piping hot all the way through – it should be steaming. www.foodsafe.eu
