Serve with cous cous, a dollop of yoghurt and some fresh coriander
Hi there I’m excited to try this dish, however I’m curious to know what the white stuff on the top is please.
Many thanks
Brilliant! It is just some yoghurt on the top, it goes wonderfully. Happy batching
I have just finished a bowl of this for my lunch today . It was delicious! The heat from the harissa and the sweetness from the apricot pieces make it an absolute winner.
So easy to make too, and three portions for the freezer. What’s not to love!
Thank you!
Yay, that is great to hear!! Glad you enjoyed it
I love this tagine. Have made it twice now and making again for dinner tomorrow. Incredibly helpful website, too. Thank you!
That is great to hear Patti, so glad you are loving the tagine! x
Sorry to appear thick but I’ve tried to find tagine spices but there is no such thing apparently! Is it a few individual spices? If so which ones please? I’m shopping at tesco and Aldi. Thanking you
Oh not to worry, I got my tagine spice in sainsburys. It is a mix of paprika, cumin, coriander and chilli flakes, hope that helps!
I bought Baharat spices from Sainsbury’s (Middle eastern style spice blend)
This is a firm favourite of my husbands
