Hi,
Maybe a novice question, but should I drain the tinned items before adding them to the bowl, or tip the whole lot in?
Thanks
Not at all! Yes drain the chickpeas and sweetcorn. Enjoy!
Hi! Is it possible to use frozen sweetcorn instead of tinned if I defrost first? If yes, would it still be 200g (to serve 4)?
Also, does your book have many recipes suitable for a family with a vegetarian and a lactose-free?
Yes not a problem just make sure to drain off any defrosting liquid. Yes lots of vegetarian recipes, there are no specific lactose free recipes but lots of them can be adjusted to suit using lactose free products. Hope that helps!
