Like all of MasterClass’s best-selling, award-winning* bakeware, this deep roasting tin is made of warp-resistant, 1 mm-thick carbon steel, with rolled edges to prevent water build-up and rust. It’s finished with a double layer of the Quantum II non-stick coating, sandblasted to its surface for better adhesion. At 39 x 28 cm, this is a relatively large and deep roasting tin, which is ideal for cooking mountains of fresh vegetables, crispy chicken for Sunday lunch, or even medium-sized Christmas turkeys. All MasterClass roasting tins are PTFE, PFOA and BPA free.
