Batch cooking with The Batch Lady 101
What you need to get started
Ok so you want to start cooking in batches. It’s so easy and you will probably already have everything you need in your kitchen already, with the exception of a sealable freezer bag. You will need:
1 or 2 large pots
2 baking trays Aluminum foil A pen A wooden spoon and a ladle
Freezer bags (you need good quality; do not use cheap thin bags, as they will leak).
2 Oven proof/freezer proof dishes with plastic lids, these are not a must but they are great for fish pie, lasagne etc. as the lid means you can stack them in your freezer.
