 Jelly, made up with 1 pint of water and left to set over night
 Any tinned or fresh fruit you have in the house
 Spray cream or, if going healthier, yoghurt
 And some sprinkles for the top

Method
Give the kids the ingredients and let them go wild making their own jelly and fruit sundae. Just use normal glasses if you don’t have sundae ones.

These are not freezeable.

Make sure that reheated food is thoroughly cooked all the way through. If you’re cooking or reheating meat, cut it open with a clean knife to check it is piping hot all the way through – it should be steaming. www.foodsafe.eu
