The chopper’s blades cut within an enclosed plastic surround to keep all food pieces within the case on the chopping board until chopping is done. The blades are extra sharp to give precision and efficient cutting so food can be cut as coarse or as fine as desired.
The Chopper also comes with a protective mat which seals contents in the bottom of the container until they are required as well as provides safety when stored.
