  • blueberries
    200 g
  • strawberries
    200 g
  • blackberries
    200 g
  • caster sugar
    60 g
  • lemon, juiced
    0.5 lemon

Method

  1. Add all the berries and sugar to a saucepan along with the sugar and lemon juice. Place on a medium heat and cook for 5-6 minutes, allow the berries to boil gently and break down then take off the heat and leave to cool.

     

    This will keep in a container in the fridge for 1 week or it freezes great in a container.
