Ingredients

strawberries200 g

blackberries200 g

caster sugar60 g

lemon, juiced0.5 lemon
Method

Add all the berries and sugar to a saucepan along with the sugar and lemon juice. Place on a medium heat and cook for 5-6 minutes, allow the berries to boil gently and break down then take off the heat and leave to cool.
This will keep in a container in the fridge for 1 week or it freezes great in a container.
