  • red onion, diced

  • red pepper, diced
    1 pepper
  • frozen corn
    2 cups
  • spring onions, chopped
    4 piece
  • lime
    1 lime
  • mayo
    0.5 cups
  • creme fraiche
    0.5 cups
  • coriander
    1 handful
  • feta cheese
    60 g

Method

    1. Add all the ingredients to a large bowl. Mix well.
    2. store in the container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
